Most people in the world do not want to study. Now you say, then what happened to such a great doctor, engineer or professor? In fact, they did it by studying and they put their mind to studying. So, if you want to be like them, you have to study like them.

 


1. Set goals

Why are most of us not reading? This is not clear to them. Suppose you walk out of the house, but you don't know why you walk or what happens when you walk. So, after walking for 2/3 days at most, you will not walk anymore.

Because you don’t know why you’re walking. Studying is just like that, why are you studying, what do you want to be by studying? Fix this goal first. If you throw the ball aimlessly, the ball will not enter the goal post, just the mind will not sit in the aimless study, it is normal.

 

2. Make it a habit to sit at the table

When a Nobel laureate began his writing career, he could not write even after sitting at a table for 6/7 hours. But, he didn’t skip sitting at the table, so he was able to write right once. You also make it a habit to sit at the table, even if you don't mind reading, you still sit. In this way, while sitting, the mind will sit for a while.

Many people go to bed or lie down, it should be omitted altogether, it makes you feel sleepy after reading for a while and the reading ends there. So you have to practice reading at the table. Sit down to read at the table with all the things to read. While reading, I remembered, "Hey, I didn't take a pen or a notebook. It disturbed my reading by getting up from the table again and again."

 

3. Routine reading

Routine reading is very important for concentrating on reading. Many people say that if you read one day, you don't want to read another day or you don't think about what you will read. Research has shown that people who do not have a routine are far behind in terms of success. There is nothing in the world without routine, for example, the sun routinely rises in the east and sets in the west every day. Every day is day and night comes down at the end of the day. You also have to make a study routine where everything is routine.

Now many people want to know how to do the routine? I will tell them the way you benefit, you sort out your routine as you see fit. Of course, take a short break between readings. Because the human brain cannot concentrate for more than 40 minutes. So, it is very good to read with breaks.

 

4. Reading about targets or missions

We have all played games and it has been seen that it is very fun to play games that have levels or missions. From level 1 to level 1, this goes on for hours. No annoyance comes. If I can make reading just like games, I can read with a lot of attention.

 

5. Read when the focus is on

Every human being in the world has a different attitude, behavior, mind. So there is no problem in reading when you have more attention. Now if you say, I never mind reading, then I will say, you can choose deep night or morning to read. Studies have shown that reading in a quiet state is more focused.

 

6. Exercise or play sports

Exercise or sports is very effective in increasing concentration. Exercising or playing sports for 1 hour at a time throughout the day has a mind press and allows you to concentrate more on your studies. And you can schedule an afternoon for sports or exercise. Because it is better not to study in the afternoon.

 

7. Get enough sleep

Many people stay up all night running Facebook or watching videos on Youtube so you don't sleep properly. As a result, your brain does not calm down and its effect is after your studies. As a result, you feel bored reading. A normal person needs 7-8 hours of sleep every day.

A good night's sleep is more effective than a day's sleep to cool the brain. If your head is not cold then you cannot do any work properly. Therefore adequate sleep is one of the ways to bring attention to study.

 

8. Refrain from multi-tasking

If someone says I want to be a doctor, an engineer, and a businessman, this is as ridiculous as we try to do a lot of work together when we sit down to read. You don't read them, you see them.

So while reading, sit down to read with your mobile, computer, TV completely off or leave the place where they are and sit down to read in another place. In addition to concentrating on reading, reading will be memorized quickly.

 

9. Be aware of food

Food plays a big role in concentrating on studies. Many people may think that eating expensive food such as: eating fast food seems to get more attention. In fact, the idea is completely wrong. Experts say fast food should always be avoided. What will you eat then?

Everyone has heard as a child that playing sweets increases the brain. In fact, sweet foods keep the brain fresh and healthy so you can eat sweet foods, and of course, eat plenty of water and green leafy vegetables and protein rich foods. This will keep your body healthy and your mind will be good and your mind will be absorbed in studies.
